The perinatal period is the time before, during, and after pregnancy and childbirth, when depression, anxiety, trauma, and grief are often experienced by both women and men. As a recent mother, Annabel has plenty of on-the-job experience in addition to extensive training in treating prenatal and postpartum mental health issues. She provides a safe space for parents-to-be or new parents to explore their changing identities and process the very complex feelings that accompany becoming a Mom or Dad.
